| Description | The Pace 40 Sport Fisherman is a re-creation of the original Egg Harbour 40 built from the same moulds by Pace Yachts in Taiwan. She is a quality build and presents very well. This yacht has worked as a charter boat in Phuket with a very successful record and is ready to keep winning trophies for her new owner. She has a great layout with a spacious main salon, mid level galley, and a single head with separate shower stall. Her second cabin has two berths and the master has an island double. A generous amount of well crafted teak cabinetry is found throughout her interior and the large cabin windows admit plenty of natural light. A complete refit was recently completed included new electronics, new Awlgrip paint work, new carpets and new utilities. Large cockpit with fighting chair has new teak decking and she presents very well. Her flybridge is where you see a lot of the new gear. Simrad CA44 chartplotter, AP26 Autopilot etc. Her inventory is extensive. Very well maintained CAT 3208TA engines have only 3900 hours on them and are in excellent condition.
